?My events are not showing up in my calendar app
Your Mailendar calendars are live feeds that your calendar app subscribes to. Apple Calendar and Outlook refresh every 1 to 3 hours, and Google Calendar can take up to 8 hours. If an event you confirmed has not appeared yet, it is almost always the refresh interval. On a Mac you can set Auto-refresh to every 5 minutes in Calendar settings.
?An event came out wrong
Open the event in your dashboard or in the iOS app and edit the date, time, or place directly. If we misread something you sent, forward it to support@team.mailendar.app and we will take a look at what went wrong.
?Billing and Mailendar Plus
Payments are handled by Stripe. In your dashboard, choose Manage next to your plan to open the Stripe portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel. If something looks off with a charge, email us and we will sort it out.
